- Problem:
The seven wonders of the ancient world were magnificent structures, but do you know what they look like? Where they were? How tall they were in relation to buildings of the era and today?
- Task:
Choose one of the seven wonders. Find some way to represent that particular wonder. Be it a drawing on paper, an image made up fully of letters, a computer graphic (png, tga, etc...), a to scale sculpture of popsicle sticks (Creativity will be rewarded). Something to convey what it looked like when it was built or at a significant time particular to that wonder.
- Evaluation:
Artistic quality will not be graded, but rather historical accuracy.
Historical accuracy is defined here as "not necessarily exactly what it looked like, but rather what it may have looked like, perhaps a little flair where appropriate."
Few inaccuracies will garner an "A".
Any glaring accuracies will result in lose of a letter grade.
